Changes You Should Know About

Return Policy: Branches and Canada Returns

Return Policy📦

At Go-Live, our return acceptance policy will remain unchanged.

In the future, we will enhance our control over returnable items and will no longer allow non-returnable
goods to enter our hubs.

Systems/Tools: Oracle + Connect and One Point:

Returns are done in AX today and will be done in Connect+ tomorrow except for branches who will do
them in One Point.

New attributes in Oracle will allow Connect+ to pass information back and forth, controlling which
options are presented on the front end and controlling a workflow with permissions tied to Connect
platform.

What does this change mean?

🔍Overall, we will have improved visibility and management of the entire return process, including
exception workflows.

⚙️✨This means that, based on specific rules and eligibility criteria, we will be able to automate
exceptions rather than always requiring approval.

Service Transfer Orders

What's the change?

Today we use term PK for transfers. Tomorrow if talking to DCs, 3PL or Hubs you will use IN# or GP#.
Every site will have their own prefix. What you communicate to the 3PL or DC is going to be different.
More info and guidance about this change will be provided in training.

Today's world the shipping branch creates the transfer.

Tomorrow's world, the requesting branch will create the transfer request that the shipping branch will
fulfill.

to continue to share info regarding this transformation for all team members.‍‌

The Oracle system is crucial for our scalable growth and part of our
20BY30 plan, as it will unify our facilities under one system,
standardizing processes and reports. Although implementing a new
system can be challenging, it's important to seek clarification and
take advantage of available training. Asking questions is vital for
learning, and I believe our team will successfully launch Oracle. Let's
engage, learn, and contribute to this achievement as we prepare for
the upcoming training sessions!

In January we sent our Kickoff Communication.
